Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and swimming pool.

Bidding Document Questions: Jacob Champoux, jchampoux@eti-engineers.com The Work includes: 1. The replacement of the existing swimming pool dehumidification unit at North Star High School with a new unit. The new unit has been pre-purchased by the Owner for assignment to the successful Contractor. Unit arrival expected approximately mid-June, 2024. Corresponding HVAC, piping, electrical and miscellaneous general construction trades will also be required. 2. The replacement of an existing air handling unit with a new heat pump Online Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain access after December 11, 2023, by contacting A&D Technical Supply Co. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers.
