**As of February 26, 2024, project was awarded to Heartland Concrete Company but awarded amount is not available.** The Owner, Raymond Rural Fire District, is requesting bids for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Raymond Fire Paving Additions. The project work shall consist of concrete pavement demolition, concrete pavement construction, concrete pavement striping, signage and earthwork with associated incidental items of work as specified in the contract specification and indicated on the drawings. All communication and questions relative to the work prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to Tim Gergen via email tim.gergen@clarkenersen.com. All questions will need to be emailed to the Engineer no later than Wednesday January 10, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The successful bidder will be asked to supply a Performance Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Nebraska in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract. Raymond Rural Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of thirty (30) days after the bids are open. Lowest responsible bidder will be awarded the project. Bidders should take caution if U.S. mail or mail delivery services are used for the submission of bids.
