Mendocino County is seeking proposals from pre-qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCO) to provide planning and consulting services, perform technical and economic analysis of specified facilities and systems and implement one or more Energy Performance projects. The ESCO will identify and implement specific building improvements to reduce utility supplied energy consumption and related costs in facilities, such that annual cost savings over time will offset the cost of improvements. Low Gap Road County Complex east and west, Ukiah 2. Yokayo Social Services Center buildings, South State Street, Ukiah 3. Willits Library Branch, East Commercial Street, Willits The energy conservation measures to be considered for project development may include any of the following: 1. Lighting Upgrades 2. HVAC equipment and controls upgrades 3. Roofing assembly 4. Solar power generation 5. Small scale micro-grid emergency power solution 6. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure planning 7. Renewable Energy generation system program planning and design. Vendors must submit five (5) copies of their proposal: Including one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, plus one (1) complete electronic copy on USB Flash Drive, file share link or format acceptable to the COUNTY. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. It is the proposers responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered. Note: The unauthorized use of the Countys official logo is strictly prohibited. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred, mail or fax is acceptable). The questions and answers will be provided by the County in writing, in the form of an addendum to all known interested vendor(s) after the inquiry deadline. If any addenda are issued by the County, they shall be sent via e-mail to the last known e-mail address of each vendor known to have received a copy of this RFP.
