REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Sierra Vista RV Park Building & Plumbing Greg Carlson Engineering, on behalf of Sierra Vista RV Park is soliciting proposals for installation of a portable building and plumbing for waste disposal for the Sierra Vista RV Park located at 27529 W Highway 84, Casa Grande, AZ 85193. The Sierra Vista RV Park system (PWS # AZ04-11383) is a community water system located at 27529 West Highway 84 in Pinal County near the City of Casa Grande The project scope consists of the following work items: 1. New 13' x 21' x 6-inches thick concrete slab for new building. 2. New 12' x 20' portable (pre-built) building. 3. Supply & install wiring, lights, electrical outlets, vents and insulation for building. 4. Tape, drywall and paint interior of building. 5. Supply and install a new 40 amp electric sub-panel in building from existing adjacent electric panel. 6. Supply and install a new in-window air conditioning unit. 7. Trench & install new 1.5PVC schedule 80 waste disposal line (approximately 650 lf). 8. Provide valves and fittings for waste line. 9. Supply & install 4-each 27diameter corrugated steel bottomless feed troughs with concrete bases, or alternate PVC liners, for waste evaporation
