The Town of Grand Valley is seeking tenders from qualified Bidders to perform interior and exterior rehabilitation work to the Grand Valley Elevated Tank, with follow-up warranty period. The Tower is located at the north end of the village of Grand Valley. It requires removal and replacement of interior coating system, replacement of the overcoat of the exterior shell and cone and additional upgrades.
