Council of the Municipality of the RM of Duck Lake invites tenders to supply, haul and place 10,000 cu. yds of 105 road gravel on various roads in the Municipality. 1. To supply, haul and place 7,100 cu. yds. of 105 Gravel on various roads: (Southern portion of the RM) Division 1: 3200 cu. yards Division 2: 1200 cu. Yards Division 4: 2200 cu. Yards Plus up to 500 cu. Yards late season gravel 2. To supply, haul and place 2,900 cu. Yds. of 105 Gravel on various roads: (North portion of the RM of Duck Lake 463) Division 3: 1300 Division 6: 1300 Plus up to 300 Cu Yards late season gravel The gravel must be placed in a manner that grading shall not be required at the time of delivery. WORK TO COMMENCE: Once Road Bans are removed in the spring of 2024 All queries regarding the work and services required under this project should be directed to: Remi Martin: Reeve 306-467-7773 Once awarded the work shall commence as soon as possible in the spring of 2024 and shall be completed on or before July 1, 2024. Once Started work must be completed within a 4 week window. If the contractor fails to complete the work by July 1, 2024, and to all the specifications as per the tender documents, a penalty of $500.00 per day will be charged and will be deducted from the progress billings.
