Interior Renovations at the Haskell Elementary School Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. The Wanaque School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements.
