The general scope of this project is to construct a new road from LP-1604 to Sonterra Rd including a new intersection at Sonterra Rd. The new intersection will be a round-a-bout. This construction will include demolition of existing monument signs, driveways, and metal beam guard fence. New construction will include but is not limited to: mass earth grading, subgrade preparation, new asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, new storm sewer, drainage swale, outfall construction, batch detention basin. Illumination work included in this project must be performed by a contractor pre-approved by CPS Energy to do the work. It is our intent that if a bid is submitted without one of the pre-qualified subcontractors for the illumination work, then the bid will be deemed non-responsive. A list of pre-approved contractors for the CPS illumination work has been included with project specifications.
