Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/10/2024 05:00:00 PM (ET) Harmony Public Schools (HPS), dba HSA San Antonio -South TX district open-enrollment charter schools, will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Building Foundation Settlement Repair located in San Antonio, Texas. The project scope of work includes creating a floor plan sketch, elevation survey, purchasing the equipment, demolition concrete, installing and remediation helical piers, polyurethane injection, root barrier, repair sidewalk movement, and drainage issues work as specified in the project documents. (#HPS2023_HSASan Antonio Foundation Repair). Estimated Budget: The estimated budget for this project is $ 500,000. Proposers may submit questions through the HPS ebid system. Question cutoff date and time is Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 4:00 pm CST. Proposers are required to complete all sections provided in the ebid system. HPS intends to sign a contract for Building Foundation Repair by 3/04/2024. Time is of the essence for this project. All items listed in the construction documents shall be completed no later than June 14, 2024. Deadline will not be moved due to rainy days. If the Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion on or before June 14, 2024, Contractor shall pay to the Owner, as liquidated damages, $500 per day for each calendar day that Substantial Completion is delayed thereafter.
