Coast Guard Auxiliary Building Renovations - The City of Daytona Beach is hereby soliciting responses from interested parties to provide interior and exterior renovations to the Coast Guard Auxiliary Building. The City of Daytona Beach seeks a qualified contractor to perform exterior renovation and interior refinishing to the entire first and second floors of the existing Coast Guard Auxiliary Building. Exterior renovations include new siding, new fascia, new windows, and new roofing to include flashing. Interior renovations include improvements to first-floor stair landing and stairwell, new finishes and kitchen cabinets on second floor, and relocation of HVAC unit from roof to ground per plans. Additionally, the second-floor kitchenette drain line must be connected to the existing sanitary sewer line, as indicated in design documents (Bid Set). The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
