Little Squalicum Beach Stormwater Treatment The scope of work for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project identified above including the following major work items: Replace failing stormwater main and associated catch basins Retrofit in stormwater treatment for existing pollution generating impervious surfaces adjacent to Little Squalicum Beach Park Relocate an existing stormwater outfall to a less erosion prone location Engineers estimate: $483,375.55. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or an original signed and stamped surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Port of Bellingham. All questions related to this project must be submitted via email prior to 5:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. No questions will be answered after that time. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND - Owner provided form to be completed by Contractor's Surety and submitted with Contractor executed Contracts. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE- Contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance and all applicable Endorsements naming the Port as additional insured on its Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Policies.
