Demolition, paving, new construction and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Albion, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Work to Be Performed Consists Principally of the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials for: Removal of the Cmp Arch Pipe, and Replacement With a Single Span Precast Concrete Span Unit Structure Supported on Spread Footings, and Associated Highway Approach Work and Stream Work. Construction Will Be on the Existing Alignment With an Off-site Detour to Maintain Traffic During Construction. the Forgoing is a General Outline of Work Only and Shall Not Be Construed as a Complete Description of the Work to Be Performed Under the Contract. Only Those Who Have Purchased Contract Documents Directly From Orleans County Will Be Provided Addenda and Will Be Allowed to Submit a Bid. the Project Duration is 150 Days From Notice to Proceed. Bid Envelope Must Have Project Name, Bid Date and Bid Time on Envelope. Bids Must Be Made in Writing on the Forms Furnished and Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty for an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. the Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and Provide Insurance in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Non collusion Statement in Order to Be Considered.
