The city is the landowner and will consider utilizing this asset as a vehicle to foster the overall economics of the complex and/ or any individual component that produces a positive cost/ benefit. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("Request" or "RFQ") is to solicit the interest of potential developers or development teams. The site could be purchased and developed by ONE MASTER DEVELOPER for the full 50-acres or from special users interested in only one use (i.e. the hotel only, the sports facility only, etc.).
