The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the center concrete median along Old Forge Road south of Fisher Avenue (S.R. 4020); pavement milling and overlay of Old Forge Road south of Fisher Avenue; pavement milling, full depth pavement replacement, road widening, and overlay at Old Forge Road's northbound ramp to I-81; traffic signal relocation, sign removal, sign installation, removal and reapplication of pavement markings, and other associated work at the intersection of Fisher Avenue with Old Forge Road and the I-81 northbound ramp. Union Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
