Remodeling of a municipal facility in Heber City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 933-square-foot municipal facility.
Project Description: Includes Remodel of Existing Offices for Heber Engineering Department Including Selective Demolition, Wall Reconfigurations and Associated Electrical and Mechanical Revisions, Along With the Necessary Patch and Repair Work. Alternates for the Finish Work Are Outlined in the Construction Documents. Documents Required at Bid Opening: 1. Bid Forms Provided in Project Manual. 2. Cashier or Certified Check or Bid Bond Made Payable to Heber City Corporation in an Amount Equal to at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Bid Bonds Must Be Underwritten by a Surety Company Approved by the U.s. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, Latest Edition). If All Required Documents Are Not Provided, the Bid May Be Disqualified.
