Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall supply the City with the HVAC filters listed in Attachment D: List of HVAC Filters Needed Annually. The annual supply shall be delivered by the Contractor to the Citys Warehouse, located at 911 Poinciana Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025. This contract shall be for a five-year period with no renewal terms.
