The phase of this project involves replacing three existing dedicated outdoor air rooftop units and related exterior ductwork running on the roof. The existing structural stands supporting the units and supports for this exterior duct will need to be modified to accommodate the new units. Curbs will be added between the units and the structural stands. Catwalks for maintenance accessibility will be installed. Hot water heating and chilled water cooling pipe will need to be disconnected from the existing units and modified to connect to the new units. Power wiring to the existing units will need to be disconnected and modified to connect to the new units. BID SECURITY.
