Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The construction of this project is generally described as a new parking lot for Centennial Golf Course. Work includes the removal of the existing asphalt and subbase, regarding the existing subgrade, installation of new subbase and asphalt materials, 6" concrete curb, light poles with electrical conduit, and an additional gravel parking lot with a concrete material storage structure. Site Address: Centennial Golf Course All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addends will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The anticipated notice of award date is January 15th, 2024. The anticipated notice to proceed date is January 22nd, 2024 Revise project manual Section 00500.4.02 to read: The work will be substantially complete within 110 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. All items will be ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 130 calendar days of Notice to Proceed
