The North Campus Building 8000, is three stories, approximately 41,193 SF, built in 1974. The architect/engineer (A/E) is to evaluate and recommend replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, exterior envelope including roofing, windows, and doors. The architect/engineer may design for a new Emergency Medical System (EMS), spaces may include labs, general classrooms, offices, and storage areas. The other floors may be remodeled/renovated to include classrooms, laboratories, offices, and other support spaces.
