Contractor to verify all dimensions. b. Quantity One (1), Eight (8) foot radius curved section. c. Quantity One (1), 45-degree air operated track switch. 3. Quantity Three (3) straight 1000 lb. monorail system. a. Approximately l0'-0" long. Contractor to verify all dimensions. 4. All hardware and hangers are to be replaced. 5. Installation shall be completed by factory trained mechanical technicians, riggers, and installers. 6. Track, rods, and hangers will be shop primed and coated with manufacturers standard coating, color Safety Yellow. 8. Wherever hardware is welded to any building steel, welds will be ground and spatter free. 9. Weld areas will be coated to prevent corrosion, with topcoat color Safety Yellow. 10.
