Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Youngstown, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors for the construction of a new boat dock, kayak dock, boardwalk and gangway at Porter Landing located on Hwy 388 Econfina Creek. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Panhandle Engineering, Inc. Porter Landing Improvement project plans. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals in the best interest of Bay County. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov, the Bonfire portal, or FAX to (850) 248-8276. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (CST) on Friday, January 19, 2024.
