The Fox River Valley Public Library is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed vendors who specialize in landscaping services to furnish all professional services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to provide routine landscaping for the Fox River Valley Public Library District grounds located at 555 Barrington Ave., East Dundee, IL. Landscaping for the Fox River Valley Public Library from April 1, 2024 - November 2027: Provide total cost for service and monthly payments breakdown to include the following: -Spring clean up -Turf Maintenance -Weed Control - there will be no visible weeds after your weekly service in any area of the property -Pest Control - Bed Maintenance -Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens and Groundcover care -Fertilization -Fall clean up The vendor shall possess and maintain Workers Compensation Insurance, General liability Insurance and Contractual Insurance as set forth and provide copies of certificates of coverage. Scope of work (3 Year Contract) Landscaping for the Fox River Valley Public Library from April 1, 2024 - November 2027: The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
