Work under this Standing Offer involves the provision of the goods set out herein, as RFT 341251 Material List and Additional Instructions to the Bidders, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Standing Offer, for the prices set out in the tender and for the duration of this Standing Offer. Minor increases and decreases in some item pricing may be required/occur for the extension periods. The duration of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will be for a period of three (3) years, commencing upon award. There will be no extensions, however any requirements authorized during this period are to be completed even after the contract expires. Question Deadline 01/03/2024 The only authorized contact in relation to this RFT is the Buyer identified in the Buyer Information section on the Bid Form. Questions regarding this RFT should be in writing and received by the Buyer at least 2 working days before the closing date and time. A response to any question received after this deadline is not guaranteed.
