Reference Number 0000338336 Delivery Point: Orangeburg, Ny 10962 All questions related to this quote must be submitted via email at purchasing@co.rockland.ny.us Scope of Service: Provide service/labor to chemically clean pipe at County of Rockland Sewer District using Grignard Struvicide SOAK. Detailed scope of service , means and methods are attached. Chemical SDS sheets are attached. Prevailing wages required other foms attached. Pipe length to be cleaned - 417 Pipe Diameter - 6 Struvite thickness - 1 (average throughout) Removing approximately 2,281 lbs of struvite County to provide Grignard Struvicide SOAK- (See attached Sequence of Operation recommended by chemical manufacturer) There will be open access at each end of 6 pipe. Contractor will be responsible to connect to pipe and provide hose to circulate chemical. Water blasting is not necessary for this procedure. Water is only required for final flush once pipe is cleaned. Contractor will provide all equipment, materials, and manpower. Awarded contractor will be responsible to remove 95% or more of struvite buildup. All questions related to this quote must be submitted via email at purchasing@co.rockland.ny.us
