Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of complete replacement of the Wilkes South and McPhillips Reservoir Access buildings roofs. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demolition and replacement of the existing roof systems; (b) Partial demolition and replacement/reinstallation of various plumbing and mechanical fixtures on the roof; and (c) Protection of the Wilkes South and McPhillips Reservoir access building ventilation shafts to prevent contamination of the City's drinking water supply throughout construction. The funds available for this contract are $250,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
