Saving Project...

Renovation of a medical facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.

Work of this contract shall include all labour, materials, construction work, site preparation and equipment, for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, work necessary for the selective demolition, modifications and new construction at the University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC), as indicated in the Contract Documents. A renovation to the Pharmacy Department is proposed to be built at UHNBC Prince George, BC . The Pharmacy Suite will need to remain active during construction. It is therefore proposed to divide the demolition & construction work in three phases. Demolition of the main Compounding Area and Temporary construction of the Non Hazardous Compounding room and establishing the perimeter wall to the compounding area, Interior work in the compounding area and interior HVAC work and exterior HVAC installation.
