The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for audio-visual upgrades to its Emergency Operations Center Conference Room and the Chief of Polices conference room at Bowie City Hall, 15901 Fred Robinson Way, Bowie, Maryland, to support the functionality of its Emergency Operations Center. The services sought include the maintenance and support of the audio-visual equipment installed. The City of Bowie is seeking audio visual upgrades to conference room 243 and the Chief of Police's Conference Room in City Hall pursuant to the attached specifications and drawings to this solicitation. The project will be funded by a State of Maryland Capital Projects Grant and is subject to all the provisions of the Capital Projects Grant Agreement dated the 30th day of October 2019, by and between the State of Maryland and the City of Bowie, as well as all applicable State and local laws and regulations pertaining thereto. Accordingly, any contract awarded is subject to review and approval by the State of Maryland, Department of General Services prior to award by the City. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
