Hall County, Georgia, (Herein "County"), is seeking qualified contractors to Renovate the Hall County Courthouse Jury Assembly Room located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 225 Green Street, Gainesville, GA (herein "Services"). This is a turnkey project to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision. The project includes demolishing, removing, and disposing of the existing furnishings, fixtures, and other materials. The County seeks to award one (1) contractor for the project. Contractor shall be assessed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day as liquidated damages if work extends beyond 270 consecutive calendar days. The project shall reach substantial completion within two hundred forty (240) consecutive calendar days. The Contract Time will start with a written notice to proceed (NTP). Following Substantial Completion, the Contractor will have thirty (30) consecutive calendar days to reach Final Completion and close out of the project.
