The project will connect two major City sanitary interceptors (trunks). The pipeline(s) will be made up of 21-inch and dual 15-inch diameter PVC pipe installed along East Second Avenue. In addition, this work includes a concrete pipe encasement, controlled low strength material bedding, a bypass structure with a weir and isolation gates, and new manholes. Work includes all materials, labor, equipment, and related items necessary to install approximately 1,315 feet of 15 and 21-inch pipeline, manholes, and a bypass flow split structure.
