Reference number : 1790512 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-08 The Municipality of Havre-Saint-Pierre is seeking bids for the one (1) year main deployment period, with the possibility of extension if there is an agreement between the two parties, for the installation of approximately 60 drinking water meters in residential buildings selected by the Municipality's representative and 90 drinking water meters in ICIs. The work to be carried out is described below: Communications with residential building owners (or their representatives) and ICI for installation coordination and appointment scheduling; Location of water inlets inside the building; Carrying out the work required to free up the space necessary for the installation of water meters (opening in a wall, floor, moving equipment, etc.) if necessary; Piping preparation; Installation of water meters, isolation valves and meter interface; Relocation of pressure regulators (if required); Commissioning of all installed equipment; Meter sealing; Installation of an access door (if required); Restoration of the premises following the installation of the water meter; Drafting and submission of completed installation reports to the Municipality's representative; Customer service to owners by handling complaints and requests received during the term of the contract; Administrative management of the contract, including invoicing, coordination and drafting and exchange of forms and information with the representative of the Municipality.
