Bid submission info : When submitting an electronic bid, the bid must be submitted in "pdf" format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. When submitting a bid electronically, the authorized signature shall be an electronic signature or handwritten in blue-ink signature. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be indicated on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope before it can be opened. If the bid is not in excess of $50,000, "THIS BID SHALL NOT EXCEED $50,000", shall be indicated on the sealed bid envelope before it can be opened. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of Sixty (60) days. The Greene County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids on any or all projects and to waive informalities.
