The work also includes rehabilitation of approximately 15 feet of 57-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe sewer with a reinforced concrete top encasement and rehabilitation of one (1) structure, and all appurtenant work. Additional Description: The Board of Directors may award the contract for the above-described work, either at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the above-stated address, on February 28, 2024, beginning at 1:30 p.m., or at any other meeting of the Board of Directors within 120 days after the date listed above for receipt of bids. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 200 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed.
