Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Proposed Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Paving Systems Project Description: This project will consist of the construction of water lines, sanitary sewer, storm sewer lines and pavement improvements per plans and specifications. Further information regarding scope of work is described in the unit price schedule, as well as the project drawings. Refer to bid folder for project drawings. Contractor shall coordinate work with Project Engineer which is Benchmark Engineering Corp. Contact Mr. Sam Shelton (office) at sshelton@benchmarkengr.net or Mr. Mark Shurden (field observation) at mshurden@benchmarkengr.net. Contractor shall be responsible for keeping streets clean at all times. Any spills or cleanups shall be performed by the contractor at the contractor's expense. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a construction schedule prior to starting construction. Contractor shall refer to SIB portion of the construction manual for additional instructions. Contractor shall fill in list of sub-contractors' portion of the bid. Location: The Project is located in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 588, West of Kickapoo Road, and North of Waller Spring Creek Road, in Harris County.
