Renovation of a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Paver plaza, topping slab and water proofing removal. New waterproofing, geofoam, planters and concrete pavement replacement. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,500,000.00 The existing 6" reinforced concrete structural slab is designed for 100 pounds per square foot live load. Staging and storage of equipment or vehicles is a means and methods item for the Contractor to coordinate, however, no large equipment/vehicles will be allowed on top of the plaza unless first approved by the Owner and structural engineer.
