The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. Rosholt School District (RSD), a public PK-12 school district located at 346 W. Randolph Street, Rosholt, Wisconsin, seeks bids/proposals for roof repair/replacement (RFP # 24-01). The purpose of this RFP is to procure the service of a reputable commercial roofing contractor to provide RSD with the services of installing a new roof at 346 W. Randolph Street, Rosholt, WI 54473. Please provide a schedule for the completion of the project. RSD prefers all construction to be completed by August 30, 2024. Question regarding the RFP may be directed to the Dennis Kaczor, District Administrator 346 W. Randolph Street Rosholt, WI 54473 dekaczor@rosholt.k12.wi.us 715-677-4541 ext. 301. The Owner reserves the right to modify this RFP, reject any or all proposals, cancel the solicitation process at its sole discretion. Owner will endeavor to inform all parties who have expressed interest in submitting a response to this RFP of any such changes. The general scope of work is to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of selected types of roofing. Contract Execution: Summer of 2024, all work to be completed by August 30, 2024
