Site work for a mixed-use development in Holly, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
As of September 6, 2024, construction is complete. Holly Area School District will receive firm prime contractor bids for the Holly High School Track & Field Renovations project located at 6161 E. Holly Road in Holly, Michigan. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company acceptable to AUCH Construction or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Holly Area Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $29,572.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
