A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Through this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), the Common Council of the City of Burlington (hereinafter the "City"), in its capacity as the City's Redevelopment Entity, is seeking proposals from qualified redevelopers for the purchase and redevelopment of certain properties located in the Commerce Square Redevelopment Area, known as Block 1, Lots 3.02, 3.03, and 5 on the Burlington City Tax Map. Questions on this RFP may be directed to William Harris, Director of Community Development, via email at wharris@burlingtonnj.us. To change the date for firms to submit questions to the City on the RFP from November 17, 2023, to December 15, 2023, at 4 PM; 2.
