Miscellaneous fittings, valves, and restoration. 3. Connection of existing 4-inch and 6-inch force mains to new 8-inch force main. 4. Connection of new 8-inch PVC force main to existing lift station. 5. Testing Owner reserves the right to issue direct purchase orders for any or all materials and equipment as bid by the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, with or without cause; and/or to accept the bid that in his judgment will be in his best interest.
