Renovation of a stadium in Durham, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Design Services for the UNH Arena Renovation Project USNH, representing University of New Hampshire (UNH) Facilities Project Management, is requesting proposals for Architectural/Design Services for the Arena Renovation Project. This project will renovate approximately 37,700 square feet on multiple levels of various supporting spaces to be team locker rooms, visiting team locker rooms, sled hockey locker rooms, coachs locker rooms, sports medicine rooms, strength and conditioning rooms, offices, storage spaces, mechanical and other miscellaneous space. Existing HVAC systems shall be renovated/upgraded to include air conditioning and appropriate ventilation for the proposed spaces. Air conditioning shall be added to the arena space. The project includes a 4,300 square foot addition with an additional 1,144 square foot balcony. Some portion of the scope shall be designed as bid alternate(s). A construction manager will be part of the project team Statements of qualifications due 01/05/2024 at 4:00 p.m The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities in the solicitation process. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions received as a result of this solicitation, to waive minor irregularities, or to negotiate with any respondent, in any manner necessary, to serve the best interests of the owner.
