Questions Must Be Received by: 01/08/2024 at 12:00:00 The South Carolina Department of Transportation is Soliciting Bids for on-call Lance Closures for Work Performed by Scdot Maintenance Forces in District 4. District 4 Encompasses the Counties of Cherokee, Chester, Chesterfield, Fairfield, Lancaster, Union, and York. The Contractor Shall Be Required to Install the Lance Closure (S) Within the Time Frame Required and Remove It When Work is Complete. The Contractor Will Provide All Manpower Necessary to Maintain the Closure (S) Until It is Removed. All Work Shall Conform to the 2007 Scdot Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and Scdot Standard Drawings for Road Construction. Start Date: 03/13/2024 End Date: 03/12/2029. Dates Provided Are Estimates Only. Any Resulting Contract Will Begin on the Date Specified in the Notice of Award. See Clause Entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/initial Contract Period". The State may cancel this solicitation in whole or in part. The State may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part.
