Renovation of a civil project in Gove, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of improvements to the water storage tower generally described as an interior and exterior reseal of the glass fused to steel tank, one fire hydrant and isolation valves, and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Providing two permanent backup generators and appurtenances required to operate the existing Booster Pump Station and operate Well 6. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid Security will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder qualifications may be required in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Contract time will be set in accordance with the Agreement. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. Bidder's attention is called to the required compliance with the Kansas Department of Health & Environment requirements. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the presidents Executive Order No. 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity) as amended. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
