Renovation of an educational facility in Platteville, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of December 15, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the early design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - PLATTEVILLE CAMPUS AE to complete a review of the building and determine the extent of masonry movement, and condition of existing shelf angles and brick ties and report appropriate next steps for the fixing of the issues. At areas of movement the shelf angles should be inspected to confirm attachments have not been compromised or the angles have not been deformed (likely corresponding with masonry removal and reinstallation – but if additional masonry may need to be removed for re-anchoring if it is found that the angles have become detached and are bearing on the masonry below). This project shall complete the repair the building exterior immediate needs, including but not limited to replacement of 100% of the exterior façade sealant joints and miscellaneous repointing and brick replacement at failed locations. This project shall also provide recommendations for additional maintenance or project for the improvement of the exterior envelope of Wilgus Hall and associated cost estimates.
