The Broken Bow Housing Authority is requesting statements of qualifications and fee proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms (Professional) to provide the construction management services needed to replace/upgrade the fire system at the Custer Heights building in Broken Bow, NE. The written Request for Qualifications may be requested by calling Anna Martin, Executive Director at (308) 872-2850 or emailing brokenbowhousing@gmail.com. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. It also reserves the right to terminate the architect/engineer, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
