As of November 6, 2025, this project is in final planning. Information regarding a general contractor or bidding method has not been disclosed. Construction is not expected to begin prior to February 2026. The City of Grants Pass is soliciting written expressions of interest for the purpose of identifying a qualified housing developer and/or coalition of residential development partners to develop 65-75 housing units on approximately 8 acres of land located on Williams Highway near Allenwood Drive. Respondents to this Request for Interest (RFI) will collaborate with the City (property owner) to determine an innovative design and mix of housing types and household income levels for the property, recognizing the objective to maximize the use of the site to help address Grants Pass affordable housing needs.
