Winnebago County is requesting proposals for Lead Abatement Services to be provided for private residences through the Lead-Safe Homes Program administered by the State of Wisconsin. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is specifically for the property at 607 1/2 2nd St Menasha WI 54952. The details of the work to be performed is contained within Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment Report attached as a separate PDF document with the same name. The information in the Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment Report and the Lead-Safe Homes Program (LSHP) Project Scope of Work and Cost Estimate Request (Proposal Form), along with an onsite inspection shall be the basis to determine the scope of work for the project. All items, details of construction, services or features not specifically mentioned which are regularly furnished in order to provide the Services shall be furnished at the prices proposed and shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to that usually provided by the practice indicated. The Contractor is responsible for taking all measurements necessary to provide a Proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal considered most advantageous to Winnebago County.
