The Department of Off-Street Parking for the City of Miami d/b/a Miami Parking Authority, ("MPA" or the "Authority") exercises supervisory control over the operations of the off-street and on-street parking facilities of the City of Miami. As such, MPA owns and operates parking garages and lots at various locations throughout the City, providing safe and affordable parking to customers. The Miami Parking Authority is seeking qualifications and rates from licensed, insured electricians. We intend to select one electrician who will be called upon on an as-needed, per-project basis over a multi-year period of time. Q & A deadline: Jan 11, 2024 4:00:00 PM EST Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via online A proposer may submit a modified proposal to replace all or any portion of a previously submitted proposal up until the proposal due date and time. MPA will only consider the latest version of the proposal. MPA's Chief Executive Officer or her designee and/or the MPA's Board of Directors ("Board") reserves the right to accept any timely submission deemed to be in the best interest of the MPA, to waive any minor (e.g., not material) technicalities, omissions, or irregularities in any submission and/or reject any, or all submissions, and re-advertise, at MPA's option, for new submissions. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal
