The City is seeking Contractors to provide Property Maintenance Services for Agencies owned properties located within the City of Riverside, California. These properties include vacant structures and parcels. Requests for services may include general maintenance and/or special repairs. Some services may require completion within twenty-four (24) hours of the request to remove miscellaneous debris. The City of Riverside ("City"), Successor Agency of the City of Riverside ("Successor Agency") and City of Riverside Housing Authority ("Housing Authority"), are seeking qualified contractors ("Contractor") with proven experience to provide on-call property maintenance services. The City anticipates selecting one or multiple contractors to perform the services on an as-needed basis in seven separate categories. A contractor may propose for any single category or multiple categories, but the City retains the right to award one or multiple categories to a given Proposer(s) as fits the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to request or obtain additional information about any and all submittals before making an award. The City also reserves the right to seek clarification from any Proposer about any statement in its proposal that the City finds ambiguous.
