Saunders Road is also known as 63rd Avenue East. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Construction Management at Risk Services for 63rd Avenue East Project- From Us301 to Tuttle Avenue. Any questions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to this RFQ shall be made in writing via email to the Manatee County Procurement Division to the Designated Procurement Contact or to purchasing@mymanatee.org. Question and Clarification Deadline January 8, 2024 The 63avE from US301 to Tuttle Avenue project includes construction of approximately 1.12 miles of roadway improvements from US 301 to 39th Street East (Tuttle Avenue). The proposed widening will include a four-lane divided roadway with sidewalks, bike lanes, and street lighting. This section will include four, 12-foot lanes, a 22-foot median, curb and gutter, four-foot bike lanes, and five-foot sidewalks in each direction. Tuttle Ave at 63rd Ave E (Honore Ave) - Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvement Project includes installation of traffic signal with mast arm supports and provide fiber optic communication related infrastructure and other Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) devices. Pearce Drain Watershed Flood Mitigation (6525 33rd St East) project consists of the design of a stormwater reservoir providing flood plain compensation within the Pearce Drain/Gap Creek Watershed for 63rd Avenue Improvements and the surrounding areas. The reservoir will have a direct connection to Pearce Drain
