Reconstruction of West Shore Drive from Arapaho Road to Lakeview Drive and the reconstruction of Newberry Drive from West Shore Drive to Brookhurst Drive. The project consists of installing 14,000 square yards of 6" reinforced concrete pavement, 1,500 square yards of 8" reinforced concrete pavement, 2,000 square yards of 2" asphalt overlay, 1000 square yards of sidewalk, 3,500 linear feet of 18" PVC sanitary sewer, 1400 linear feet 8" PVC sanitary sewer, 24 sanitary sewer manholes, 5,000 linear feet of 8" PVC water main. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to select the bid best suited to the Owner's best interest. The successful contractor must have completed a minimum of three similar projects within the last five years.
