Renovation of an educational facility in Brooksville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work described, and their effect on the bidding shall be reflected in the Bidder's Bid. Bidder shall verify receipt of Addendum on Form of Proposal. Bidder is cautioned to read entire Addendum, as a definite order does not necessarily follow, and to check that all pages of Addendum have been included in Bidder's copy of Addendum. Each Bidder is responsible for distribution of information conveyed by this Addendum to its sub-bidders and suppliers Electrical Drawings Item 1: Refer to Drawings E1.1 Partial Floor Plan-Lighting and E2.1 Partial Floor Plan-Power and Systems. A. For all new circuits, cabling, etc. noted to be installed on these drawings, note that EMT conduit can be used up in ceiling structure areas and on the stage. Any exposed vertical runs of raceway in the gym are to be surface metallic wire-mold. All new raceway/conduit and related boxes are to be painted to match the existing, adjacent finish. Item 2: Refer to Drawing E5.2, Sound System Riser Diagram-Alternate Bid. A. Note that the owner is going to reuse the existing projector and projection screen that are on the stage. As such, delete the following new items that were originally to be provided as a part of the sound system alternate bid: 1. Epson Power lite Projector 2. Da-Lite Motorized Projection Screen 3. Visionary Solutions Video Decoder 4. Global Cache 3-port Contact Closure 5. All projector-related cabling and connections
